ZACMI, Zanichelli Meccanica S.p.A., è da molti anni leader mondiale nella fornitura di linee di riempimento e chiusura ad alta velocità per pet food “umido” in contenitori rigidi o flessibili, con oltre 100 macchine installate.
Durante gli anni ’90 ZACMI ha messo a punto una tecnologia innovativa per riempire con vuoto prodotti come “chunk in gravy, chunk in jelly” e prodotti “loaf”. Ora, grazie alla collaborazione con clienti di altissimo livello, ZACMI ha realizzato nuove riempitrici che permettono di lavorare “prodotti premium” ad alta velocità, con deviazioni standard anche inferiori a 0,5 g.
Queste riempitrici sono coperte da brevetto europeo, in alcuni casi condiviso con il cliente stesso.
ZACMI ha inoltre un laboratorio che permette di simulare le ricette dei vari clienti e verificarne le fasi di riempimento e chiusura con appositi simulatori.
Il cliente riesce ad ottenere tutte le informazioni relative al riempimento delle proprie ricette, la precisione di dosaggio e la velocità raggiungibile.
Questo modus operandi si è rivelato fondamentale per sviluppare nuove collaborazioni e prodotti innovativi.
Per poter supportare adeguatamente i clienti internazionali (che rappresentano oltre il 65% del mercato mondiale) ZACMI ha creato una rete capillare di post-vendita, tramite strutture controllate direttamente da ZACMI, come ad esempio la filiale in Nord America.

Le linee ZACMI sono complete di sistema “SCADA” che permette di verificare l’efficienza delle macchine e rilevare quali sono le cause dei possibili fermo-produzione indicando dove intervenire, al fine di migliorare l’efficienza della macchina stessa.

ZACMI, Zanichelli Meccanica S.p.A., has been a market leader for many years as a worldwide supplier of high-speed filling and closing lines for “wet” pet food, in rigid or flexible containers, with over 100 installed machines.
During the 90s, ZACMI developed an innovative technology to fill products such as chunks in gravy, in jelly and loaf, all under vacuum. Today, in partnership with customers of high prestige and excellence, ZACMI has designed a new line of fillers capable of filling “premium products” at high speed, with a standard deviation as low as 0.5 g
These fillers are covered by European patent, in some cases, shared with the actual customer.
ZACMI also has an in-house laboratory where customers can participate and check their reproduced recipes as they run through simulators in the filling and closing phases.
In this way, the customer is able to obtain all the information on how their recipe is best filled with dosage accuracy and optimum filling speed.

ZACMI has created a wide after-sales network of branches abroad, which they directly control, to enable an adequate support for international clientele, that represents 65% of the worldwide market sales, as, for example, the ZACMI North America branch.
